Is Cadency an API?+
No. Cadency is the software: campaigns, senders and inbox, run from the app by your team. It ships with an API to automate and pull your own data, but if you want to embed outreach inside your own product, that is what Swarmhit, the infrastructure Cadency runs on, is for.
Which channels does it cover?+
LinkedIn and email. On LinkedIn: visits, connection requests, messages, follow-ups and InMail from your team's accounts. On email: sequences from your own mailboxes, with warm-up and bounce protection included.
Do I need my own LinkedIn accounts?+
By default, yes: Cadency runs on the accounts your team already owns. If you need more capacity than you have accounts, ambassador accounts are vetted senders we operate for you, dedicated to your workspace and never shared with anyone else.
Is it safe for my accounts?+
No automation is risk-free, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something. Cadency keeps every account under a conservative daily ceiling, spreads actions across working hours, uses a dedicated residential proxy per account and pauses the moment LinkedIn asks for a checkpoint.
How do I get access?+
Request access and we will book a short call to understand your team and your targets. Onboarding happens in small batches so every account is set up properly.
What does it cost?+
Small Team is $199 a month with 5 LinkedIn senders and 100,000 emails a month. Scale is $699 a month with 20 LinkedIn senders and 500,000 emails a month, upgradable to 1M or 2M. Mailboxes, teammates and workspaces are unlimited on both. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
