Sending runs on infrastructure dedicated to your workspace, with IPs nobody else uses. A shared pool means someone else's bad list can land your emails in spam; an isolated one means your results follow your practices, and only yours.

Warm-up and protection

Ramp up slowly. Stop early.

A new mailbox does not start at full volume. It warms up through real exchanges, its daily limit rises as engagement stays healthy, and a spike in bounces pauses it before the domain's reputation moves. The mailbox list shows each one's warm-up progress and state at a glance.

Before you ask.

Do I need to buy domains and mailboxes from you?+

No. Bring the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes you already own. If you want help setting up new sending domains, ask on the access call.

How long does warm-up take?+

It depends on the mailbox's age and history. New mailboxes typically ramp over a few weeks before they carry full campaign volume; the mailbox list shows each one's progress.

Is there a per-mailbox fee?+

No. Mailboxes are unlimited on both plans. You pay for the plan and for LinkedIn senders, not for mailboxes or teammates.
