What is a LinkedIn sender?+
One LinkedIn account connected to Cadency and used to send. Small Team includes 4 and adds more at $39 a month each; Scale includes 20 and adds more at $25 a month each. Teammates who only read the inbox, manage campaigns or look at reporting are free on every plan.
Are mailboxes counted as senders?+
No. Mailboxes are not senders and are unlimited on both plans. Email is priced by monthly volume: the number of emails sent per month across all your mailboxes.
How does monthly email volume work?+
Small Team includes 100,000 emails a month. Scale includes 500,000 and can be upgraded to 1M for +$175 a month or 2M for +$300 a month. Pick the volume in the Scale card and the price adjusts.
Can I add or remove LinkedIn senders whenever I want?+
Yes. Add a LinkedIn sender when a rep joins, remove it when they leave. Additional LinkedIn senders are billed monthly at the plan's rate.
What is priority support?+
On Scale, your private Slack channel is answered first and migrations are scheduled ahead of the queue. Every plan has dedicated support with one-to-one onboarding.
