Compare · MeetAlfred
Cadency vs MeetAlfred.
One account per seat, or a pool of senders.
MeetAlfred is a clean drip tool, LinkedIn only on Basic with email and X on its higher plans, priced per user, with one seat per LinkedIn account. It is easy to learn and cheap for one person. Cadency is built for the moment a team runs several LinkedIn accounts: a block of senders is included in the plan, one campaign rotates across all of them, email is priced by monthly volume, and users are unlimited.

Why teams pick Cadency
LinkedIn senders are in the plan
Five on Small Team, twenty on Scale, at $39 or $25 each beyond. Adding a LinkedIn account does not add a seat, and people who only read the inbox cost nothing.
Volume without the per-user multiplier
A team with twenty LinkedIn accounts pays $699 a month on Scale. On MeetAlfred that is twenty Team seats, $1,580 a month or $780 on annual billing, before any of the volume discounts Team advertises.
Two steps MeetAlfred does not list
A comment on the lead's last post, drafted by AI and approved by you, and voice notes sit in the same sequence as visits, invites, messages, InMail, likes and follows. MeetAlfred lists likes, follows and skill endorsements, but a comment on a post and voice notes are not listed.
Rotation with one face per lead
One campaign is spread across the whole sender pool by remaining ceiling. Each lead is handed to a single sender and stays with that person from the first visit to the last follow-up.
Email priced by volume
Unlimited Google and Microsoft mailboxes with warm-up, rotated inside the same campaign as LinkedIn. You pay for what you send: 100k, 500k, 1M or 2M a month.
One inbox, both channels
A LinkedIn message and the email that followed it are one conversation, assignable to a teammate, answered as the sender who started it. The rest of a rep's inbox stays private.
Where MeetAlfred wins
It is not always us.
You are one person with one LinkedIn account
MeetAlfred Basic is $59 a month, $29 on annual billing, and it is built around exactly that case: one LinkedIn account, a drip sequence, up to three active campaigns, done. Cadency starts at $199 with five LinkedIn senders, which is more capacity than one person needs.
You want X (Twitter) in the sequence
MeetAlfred lists X DMs and follows next to LinkedIn and email in one sequence, on Pro and Team, although its help center marks X campaigns as under maintenance. Cadency is LinkedIn and email, deliberately, and does not touch X.
You want a friendly first run and a free trial
MeetAlfred's interface is friendlier for a first-time user, its learning materials are among the best in the category, and the 7-day trial, with every feature and no card, makes it easy to test. Cadency is private access with no self-serve trial.
You are already invested in its CRM and integrations
Teams that run their pipeline inside MeetAlfred's built-in CRM, or rely on its native HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, have a switching cost that a feature table does not show. Cadency reaches a CRM through its API and webhooks rather than a native connector.
Likes, follows and endorsements are enough
MeetAlfred lists likes on up to five recent posts, follows and skill endorsements as steps, so warming a lead before the invite is not a Cadency-only idea. What Cadency adds on LinkedIn is a comment on the last post, AI drafted and approved by you, and voice notes.
You have a few accounts and want one dashboard
MeetAlfred Team lets the owner manage every LinkedIn account from one dashboard without logging in and out, with team inbox management, impersonation of an account, and white label from five users. It also adds a dedicated account manager, plus onboarding and migration from ten users. The gap is that we found no documented way to run one campaign across those accounts, where Cadency runs one campaign across one sender pool spanning LinkedIn and email.
What does a team of LinkedIn accounts cost on MeetAlfred?
MeetAlfred prices per user per month. Basic is $59 monthly, $49 quarterly and $29 on annual billing, Team is $79, $59 and $39, and Pro is $99, $79 and $49. A second LinkedIn account means adding a seat and needs the Team plan, so a team that wants five LinkedIn accounts working buys five Team seats: $395 a month, or $195 on annual billing. Twenty accounts is twenty seats, $1,580 a month or $780 on annual billing. Team advertises volume discounts without publishing them, so a large team should ask for a quote, and it does let the owner manage every account from one dashboard with team inbox management. On Cadency the LinkedIn accounts are senders inside the plan. Small Team is $199 a month, or $139 on annual billing, with five LinkedIn senders and 100k emails, Scale is $699 with twenty senders and 500k emails, and teammates who read the inbox or manage campaigns cost nothing.
How deep does each tool go on LinkedIn?
MeetAlfred lists profile views, follows, likes on up to five recent posts, connection requests, follow-up messages, InMail, messages to Group, Event and Company-page followers, and skill endorsements, and it runs them alongside email and X in one sequence, with conditional splits and sequences you can edit while a campaign is live. Cadency covers visits, invites, messages, InMail, likes and follows, and adds two steps MeetAlfred does not list: a comment on the lead's last post, drafted by AI and approved by you before it goes out, and voice notes. MeetAlfred in turn has follower messages and endorsements, which are not among Cadency's eight. Sequences on Cadency branch on connected, replied or email found, with waits and A/B splits. The practical difference is narrow: both can warm a lead up with a like or a follow before the connection request, and Cadency adds an approved comment and a voice note to that warm-up.
What happens when you run more than one account?
On MeetAlfred, a second LinkedIn account means adding a seat on the Team plan. Team lets the owner manage every account from one dashboard without logging in and out, with team inbox management and the ability to impersonate an account. We found no documented way to run one campaign across several LinkedIn accounts, so ask MeetAlfred whether Team does this before you buy. Audiences come from Lead Finder (capped at 1,000, 5,000 or 10,000 results on Basic, Pro and Team), a LinkedIn search URL (up to 1,000 profiles) or a Sales Navigator search (up to 2,500), and default daily limits on a standard account are 30 invites, 100 messages and 200 profile views, shared across campaigns. On Cadency one campaign runs across the whole sender pool. Each sender has its own ceilings, the campaign hands each lead to a single sender and keeps it there from the first visit to the last follow-up, and every reply lands in one inbox where anyone on the team can answer as the sender who started the thread. Ambassador accounts add capacity on demand.
Pricing at scale
What the bill looks like as you grow.
| Team | Cadency | MeetAlfred |
|---|---|---|
| 5 LinkedIn senders, 100k emails a month | $199 a month | $395 a month, five Team seats at $79; $195 on annual billing at $39. Each Team seat covers LinkedIn, email and X for that one user. |
| 20 LinkedIn senders, 500k emails a month | $699 a month | $1,580 a month, twenty Team seats at $79; $780 on annual billing at $39 |
| 30 LinkedIn senders, 1M emails a month | $1,124 a month | $2,370 a month, thirty Team seats at $79; $1,170 on annual billing at $39 |
| 50 LinkedIn senders, 2M emails a month | $1,749 a month | $3,950 a month, fifty Team seats at $79; $1,950 on annual billing at $39 |
Cadency rows use monthly billing: Small Team $199 with 5 LinkedIn senders, Scale $699 with 20, $25 per additional LinkedIn sender, 1M emails for +$175 and 2M for +$300. Annual billing takes 30% off. MeetAlfred rows assume one Team seat per LinkedIn account, since adding a second LinkedIn account means adding a seat and needs the Team plan (or Enterprise); Team is $79 per user monthly, $59 quarterly and $39 on annual billing, and Basic ($59, $49, $29) and Pro ($99, $79, $49) are listed for reference. Team advertises volume discounts that MeetAlfred does not publish, so these are list prices and a large team may pay less. Compare like with like: at five accounts MeetAlfred's $195 on annual billing is close to Cadency's $199 monthly, and Cadency's own annual price is $139. Email and X are channels inside each Team seat; MeetAlfred publishes no monthly email volume that this page can compare, so the Cadency email quotas have no counterpart in its column. Cadency or MeetAlfred?
How much does MeetAlfred cost in 2026?+
MeetAlfred is priced per user per month. Basic is $59 monthly, $49 quarterly and $29 on annual billing; Team is $79, $59 and $39; Pro is $99, $79 and $49. Basic is LinkedIn only with three active campaigns, while multi-channel sequences, InMail automation, Sales Navigator support, CSV campaigns, Zapier and webhooks sit on Pro and Team. A second LinkedIn account means another seat on Team, so five accounts is five Team seats, $395 a month or $195 annual. Cadency is $199 a month for Small Team with five LinkedIn senders and $699 for Scale with twenty. Checked on 30 September 2026.
Is Cadency or MeetAlfred better?+
For one person automating one LinkedIn account, MeetAlfred is the simpler and cheaper purchase, and it is the one to pick if X belongs in your sequence, although its help center marks X campaigns as under maintenance. For a team running several LinkedIn accounts and real email volume, Cadency prices those accounts as senders inside the plan, rotates one campaign across all of them with one sender per lead, adds an approved comment and voice notes as steps, and keeps LinkedIn and email replies in one thread.
Does MeetAlfred send email?+
Yes, on Pro and Team; Basic is LinkedIn only. Email is sent through Gmail or Outlook SMTP in the same sequence as LinkedIn and X (Twitter), per user. MeetAlfred does not publish a monthly email volume. Cadency connects unlimited Google and Microsoft mailboxes with warm-up, rotates them inside the same campaign as the LinkedIn senders, and prices email by volume: 100k a month on Small Team, 500k to 2M on Scale.
Is MeetAlfred priced per user or per LinkedIn account?+
Both, in effect. MeetAlfred charges per user, and a second LinkedIn account means adding a seat on the Team plan, so every extra LinkedIn account is another seat at $79 monthly or $39 on annual billing. Team lets the owner manage every account from one dashboard and advertises volume discounts without publishing them. Cadency is priced per plan with a block of LinkedIn senders included, five on Small Team and twenty on Scale, and users, teammates and workspaces are unlimited and free.
Does MeetAlfred rotate campaigns across several LinkedIn accounts?+
We found no documented way to. MeetAlfred Team lets the owner manage every LinkedIn account from one dashboard, with team inbox management and impersonation of an account, but nothing in its help center describes running one campaign across several accounts, and audiences come from Lead Finder, a search URL (up to 1,000 profiles) or a Sales Navigator search (up to 2,500). Cadency runs one campaign across the whole sender pool with per-sender ceilings, gives each lead a single sender for the whole sequence, and can add ambassador accounts when a team needs more capacity than it has accounts.
Can I move my MeetAlfred campaigns to Cadency?+
Yes. MeetAlfred lead lists export as CSV and import straight into Cadency, or you can rebuild the audience from the native database or a Sales Navigator search. Sequences are rebuilt in the campaign builder, usually an afternoon per active campaign, and it is a good moment to add the steps MeetAlfred does not list: a comment on the last post and voice notes, plus email branches on the same leads.
