For sales teams
Outbound for teams that run the numbers.
Every rep's account. One campaign. One inbox.
Pipeline is a volume game, and volume on LinkedIn comes from the number of senders, not from pushing one account past its limit. Cadency runs one campaign across every rep, keeps each account under its ceiling and puts every reply in one inbox the team works together.
How it works
01
Connect every rep
Each rep's LinkedIn account gets a dedicated proxy, its own daily ceiling and its own working hours.
02
Build the sequence once
Visits, connection requests, messages, follow-ups and InMail, branching on accept and on reply.
03
Rotate across the team
One target list, spread across every connected account. Prospects hear from a real rep, never from a pool.
04
Work replies in one inbox
Interest tags, assignment to the right rep, the full thread and the sequence it came from. Only conversations started from Cadency are tracked; the rest of each rep's LinkedIn inbox stays private.
Before and after
Without Cadency
- Each rep runs their own tool with their own settings
- The best rep's account does most of the sending and gets flagged
- Replies live in ten personal inboxes
- Managers ask for numbers and get screenshots
- A rep leaves and their conversations leave with them
With Cadency
- One workspace, one sequence, every rep's account under the same rules
- Volume spread evenly, every account under its own ceiling
- One shared inbox with the conversations Cadency started, tagged and assigned. Everything else in a rep's inbox stays private
- Acceptance and reply rates per step, per rep, per campaign
- Conversations stay in the workspace and can be reassigned
Questions
Before you ask.
Does Cadency see my reps' whole LinkedIn inbox?+
No. Cadency only tracks conversations that started from a Cadency campaign. A rep's personal LinkedIn messages, and any thread they started themselves, never enter the workspace. The shared inbox is a team view of outbound, not a window into anyone's private inbox.
How does pricing work for a team?+
Per plan, then per LinkedIn sender. Small Team is $199 a month with 5 LinkedIn senders, Scale is $699 a month with 20, additional LinkedIn senders are added monthly. Email is priced by monthly volume, mailboxes are unlimited, and teammates who only read the inbox or look at reporting are free.
Can we add or remove reps at any time?+
Yes. Connect a sender when a rep joins, disconnect it when they leave. Their conversations stay in the workspace.
Does Cadency connect to our CRM?+
Yes, through the API, which is included in every plan. Leads, replies, interest tags and campaign events are all available as API calls and webhooks, so you can connect HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or your own stack in a handful of calls. There is no one-click plugin, and with the API you do not need one.
Can managers see what the team is doing?+
Yes. Acceptance and reply rates per step and per sender, activity per account and sender health, all in one workspace.
Is it safe for our reps' accounts?+
No automation is risk-free. Cadency keeps every account under a conservative daily ceiling, spreads actions across working hours, uses a dedicated residential proxy per account and pauses the moment LinkedIn asks for a checkpoint.
